Dr. Barnes is the founder of The Barnes Realty Group and holds a BA in Business Management & Communications from Alverno College. In 2024, she was honored with a Doctorate of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship and Business Leadership in recognition of her decades of impact as a real estate expert, business coach, and community leader.

Over the course of her career, she has successfully guided clients through the sale or purchase of over 1,000 properties and has earned numerous production awards. She is also a highly sought-after real estate coach and mentor, dedicated to helping both clients and fellow professionals succeed.
